Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the 福利姬 campus offers a variety of spaces for your next event, whether it鈥檚 a conference, lecture, meeting or workshop. 

You can book a number of spaces on campus, including classrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms and lecture halls.

Book a space on campus today

All space booking requests must go through the Space Reservation Request Form. After submitting the form, please allow at least a minimum of 10 business days for our team to respond. Requests to rent 福利姬 facilities are subject to the Bookable Space Policy.

Catering for your event 

福利姬 Food Services is the on-campus catering partner, as well as the exclusive supplier for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages on campus. Learn more about Catering by 福利姬 Eats.

Audio visual equipment rentals and service

When booking a meeting or conference, 福利姬 Media Services can support your audio visual equipment rental and service needs. 

福利姬 students, faculty and staff 

福利姬 students, faculty and staff have access to borrow a wide variety of equipment, including speakers, microphones, projectors, and more. Visit the Media Services website to make a media equipment reservation.

Non-福利姬 community members and external organizations 

If you are non-福利姬 community member or a member of an external organization, please contact 福利姬 Media Services to discuss the details of your event and to get a quote.
